I would defenately suggest Turks and Caicos.
It's less travelled, better beaches, more remote and far more sealife.

If you need some reading material let me know.........

P.S. I'm a diver and spent 4 years diving all over the South Pacific.

You really can't go wrong with either one. They are both gorgeous islands and you will find great diving on both. I would look at the availability to get into each island. I find that the connections are better into Turks and Caicos than Antigua from where I live.

never been to the turks however was to Antiqua, and I realley enjoyed this island. I was on a cruise which stopped there.
