Hi guys,
I plan to travel to Armenia, Yerevan in summer. And I want to find a good hostel there. I found this one http://hostels.am . Has anyone stayed there? Is it really good?

Hands up all those who have been to Armenia.

What does TripAdvisor suggest?

hi there,
TripAdvisor suggests Envoy Hostel and it seems to have 100% rating. Check this one out too:

I've been there but it was in the late 80s so I suspect Yerevan has changed a bit since. I stayed with a local family as well.

I have been told by an Armenian friend in the uK that B&Bs have sprouted up left right and centre though so that might be worth a googling.

Assuming this isn't spam, I'd suggest OP open a thread on Lonely Planet's Thorntree forum.

I did wonder if it were spam.

Perhaps our OP would be good enough to reply?

Just in case anyone ever stumbles upon this thread again

I'm in Yerevan as I type at Center Hostel. Spent the night last night and everything here is fine. For 4000 Dram you get a bed and breakfast. It's closer to the best hostel I've ever stayed in than it is to the worst. Totally acceptable conditions.
