Holy revived bat thread!!! Your question was really vague so I'll just give a general answer. Not sure about internationally, but I think any major city in the US will do. Depending on how much time you have you might want to visit two cities relatively near each other on your trip (ex. Washington DC and Philadelphia, Seattle and Portland). Websites like Tripadvisor are great for finding things to do. I'd always trust my own research rather than have someone give me suggestions. You know yourself best.

I have traveled alone and with others. I like both but depending on the objectives of each particular trip it might be better to be alone or with others.

As for me I prefer to travel with my friend, who has the same preferences of traveling. Traveling with someone else is more safe, especially if you go to foreign countries.

I love the sound of traveling alone, boy do I miss my single days sometimes.... I used to travel alone as often as I can. So much peace of mind and don't have to compromise with anyone.

Definitely like traveling alone. Been on vacations with just another pal and it's not my cup of tea.
