We're in our mid 40's. Mid December 2012 is our 20th anniv.
Want to visit relatively small, but all inclusive luxury resort; not looking to party like i'm in Cancun, or action packed. We want our independence with kind help as needed, but want to be served.
I'm seeing..........5-7 days, nice warm clean beach, palms, hammock, quiet, shopping, small city, ferry boat to other parts, great dining/drinks, folks speak alot of English (for our ease and comfort), do some local touring, Carrib. or Pacific side not as concerned with at this point, but what country?......just really to narrow it down!
For Central America, I hear it can be kinda conservative; we both want to see/"flirt" (say hello) to bikini-clad women, but in a more reserved "stroll" type atmosphere.
So.............Belize, Honduras, Guatemala, or Costa Rica? Any specific resort places to ask T/A of?
I'm thinking that the Eastern Carrib. is just going to be much crowds for our speed. Domin. Republic, Puerto Rico, any of the Antilles?
