I've walked from California to Nevada in Tahoe. We stayed near Stateline on the California side and walked to the casino on the Nevada side.
Have done this numerous times during several decades of visits to Lake Tahoe. Very commonplace, in fact did not even think about it until seeing the quoted post.

It's an outrage I tell you!
Well, now I can tell my Ex SO that she can throw away that mandatory silly photo of me spreadeagled on that platform, it has been confirmed to be a fake. This gives me an excuse to go back and get it right, provided they do mark the precise spot with a new marker.
Aside from four points, which I visited, there is a spot on 896 coming out of Delaware where you can be in Delaware then Maryland then Pennsylvania in about 100 yards. Had t walk that one.

Don't forget the CAL-NEVA resort in North Tahoe where the Bar is in California and the Casino is in Nevada, been there too

According to gmap-pedometer.com, there is 1127 feet of road in Maryland. There is a building to the east of the road, on the PA line, and the driveway to that building goes into and back out of PA, although the turnoff and the building are both in MD. Behind the building, it would be an easy 175 foot walk through sparse woods into Delaware.
