This morning, I'm at work, looking forward to my flight out this afternoon to Denver. My brother-in-law treats me to these trips a couple times a year. He buys the tickets and I just show up at the airport with my ID. Well, this time, he sent me an email conformation and I was going to print my eTicket. As I'm doing this, I realize that my out bound flight left two hours ago without me. Miscommunication is an understatement.
I call Frontiers customer service, barely able to speak for crying...and they answered on one ring and had my flight changed in 2-3 minutes, no extra charge. Absolutely the best service I've ever received. Thanks Frontier...you saved my week.
