tht's all folks, but I stayed a few weeks there instead of hopping from town to city in 5 Continents (and anyway I don't have the means and it is not ecologically sustainable!)

It's completely sustainable if you are using mass transit to get around. That train/bus/ferry/plane is going to leave, with or without you.
