Has anybody had any problems with their credit card or bank card after using Priceline? A friend had her accounts hacked twice after using Priceline; she will now only use pre-paid cards when buying tickets online. I bought a ticket on Priceline last week and got a warning from my credit card company a day or two later that someone in another state had tried to charge something to my account. I'm wondering if Priceline has inadequate online security or if this just a coincidence.

I wouldn't be surprised if it was William Shatner living beyond his current means and trying to hang onto the life he was once accustomed to.

The Shat is doing OK with Star Trek royalties, I suspect it's the hot blonde from "Big Bang Theory" that appears with him.

I've only used it once (well, I've given them my information numerous times for bids that were ultimately too low) and have had no problems.

I do 200+ transactions with priceline per year and have never had any problems whatsoever. If there is a problem, it is on your end.
