BWI to Las Vegas - about 5 hours. But next year I'll be going from Dulles in VA to Paris. Haven't gotten my flight itinerary yet but at the very least it'd be an 8 hour flight if it were non-stop.
Did a Japan to Detroit hop many years ago. About 14 hours or so, if I recall correctly. Fortunately, it was back in the day when they gave you pretty good food on the airlines and there were two bars on the plane.
Longest nonstop as a passenger was on UAL from Melbourne to LAX 13h 30m if I recall.
Longest nonstop flight as pilot in command was last summer from St Georges Quebec (YSG) to Schefferville (YKL) at 546 nautical miles and 5h 7m.
