That is a LOT of ground to cover. http://goo.gl/maps/dd1H4
Do you have the itinerary? Number of days in each location?
Each city could easily be a weeks destination by themselves.

You will spend a LOT of time on a bus, so you will spend the majority of your time passing through, literally.

Quebec City? You have any independent time? Wanna see whales? See somewhere few Canadians even see?

You actually forgot Quebec (City) so you can add 200-400 miles depending on the actual route.

If the tour is 3 weeks long it's OK. Less than that would (will) be rushing it. Random google click shows a 5-day 4-night tour of New York, Boston, Washington, Philly and Niagara Falls. Sheesh.

Do you have a valid US passport ....

Since 2009, all persons who wish to enter the USA must produce a passport to the US Immigration officers at the port of entry. That includes US citizens.

Singapore Online Tour Packages - ChanBrothers.com

this is the itinerary.. yeah indeed a lot of time will be on the bus i know.. Part of the cons of package tour.

Other companies itinerary is more or less the same

but as a first timer to east coast of US, saves me a lot of hassle of finding my way around ..

As what Jesse44 mentioned. i hold a singapore passport, not a US one..

For Washington DC, I would avoid doing the monuments during the day. I think they are much better to look at in the evenings, plus there are less people around. I've lived in the area for over 20 years and I've never been to the bureau of engraving and with all the other things the city has to offer, I would opt for something else. I would also suggest skipping Hershey world and see if you could spend more time in DC and then meet up with your tour in Buffalo
