Well, I dunno if you can pull it off, but if you can get to The Stinking Rose on Columbus ave, it's a delightful place to dine. Assuming you like Garlic, that is.
A very unique place. Worth a visit. And the Tiramisu is pretty darned good. *(No Garlic in that)

taking bart to the middle of town from the airport is a decent idea and lets you go out and do something durning the downtime-efficently, easy access to/from the airport with bart.
