Years ago, Air France had a reputation as the world's worst airline, and they once did their best to prove it to me. But a couple years ago, I had a connection on Air France, and they were absolutely awesome.

I dont love United but has been serving the purpose for me well from IAH for official as well as personal trips . point A to B without any hassle , never any delayed flights or bad experiences with baggage and cheapest of all almost on par with low cost carriers if you book early.

I also wonder about what does it mean by great service in economy class.

I like Delta because of their operational reliability, consistent service, domestic routes that go where I need to go and satisfactory portfolio of international partners.

With the status hamster wheel, I'm also at the point now where I don't even bother looking at other airlines if I can get there on Delta.
