If the building exists and it is rented by a long standing company in the area why is there a question and what type of place would be less questionable?
My other concern is it doesn't list air conditioning. They said they have it but how do we know they are being truthful?
Because NO ONE would have a million and a half dollar condo in Florida without air conditioning. If you have that little confidence in your ability to discern fact from fiction perhaps this traveling thing is not for you.
Sometimes, for lots of people, hotels are the best choice for a relaxing vacation. Jojo, I sincerely think you are one of those people. and there's nothing wrong with that.
OP, if you are worried that it's a scam, I would suggest you pass on it. We have instincts for a reason. There is something that is making you feel that it isn't kosher. Even if you aren't consciously aware of what it is, it doesn't mean your gut instinct is off. You are probably right, and you sure don't want to spend all your time thinking something's wrong, even if it isn't. Don't pour your hard earned money renting a vacation property if you have a feeling it's not legit. There are many properties for rent. Just go with another one.
"What a perfect home! We were blown away by the amenities that this rental provided. The bedrooms are spacious, you can see the ocean from the balcony and the pool and beach are easily accessible. We loved that the rental was tucked back and not directly overlooking the pool. We had such a pleasant experience. PS - the shower in the master bedroom is awesome."
It looks nice, but this doesn't sound like something the average person would write.

In my business we call this guy "risk averse"....but that's a fine line between being paranoid thinking anything and everything is a "scam". Based on this guys reaction on questioning every single item and his other post, I would share that conclusion that traveling, with all it's risks and uncertainties that go along with it, is just not for him.
It doesn't help that others are enabling him.
