If you're looking for (reasonably) warm weather in the continental US, how about Arizona, southern California, or San Antonio/southern Texas?

A 9 month old won't care WHERE you go! So, go where YOU want to....

Where do you want to go? Where does your 7 yr old want to go? Your infant has no bearing on where you go so sit down with the 7 yr old and plan your trip.

You are free to go to any of the 50 states and almost any country in the world.......spin the globe and choose one!

With a nine months old in NYC winter?

I think U.S. Virgin Islands could be an option if they book early and find a good deal.

The baby isn't going to be naked.

Sm, do you mean in the states, or anywhere? What are you looking for?
