New England, especially Maine. Looking forward to checking out the northern areas of Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan (around Lake Superior) some day.

I love cruises (not necessarily Caribbean) but I think road trips on major US highways (not the interstates) are great fun.

My sister lives in the UP and I've always wanted to take US 2 all the way west, I think that would be awesome. I've done the Lake Michigan circle tour, which is great.

I'd also like to drive more of the Natchez Trace Parkway, all the way to Mississippi, I think. I've driven it through Tennessee and very interesting, need to do the rest.

I haven't traveled near enough yet to be able to give my favorite spot! But, out of all the places I've been so far, it would have to be Kauai.

I too haven't traveled nearly enough to really know where my favorite place is, but out of the places I have been, here's my favorites list:

Maui
Victoria, BC
Lake Tahoe
Capitola, CA
Capri, Venice, and Sorrento, Italy

I love the Hill Country and Big Bend in TX.

Big Sur in CA is fantastic. Went to Yosemite for the first time last year and was bowled over.

I've been to a few of the obvious highlights of the US and there's many more I'd like to see, but I'm quite happy visiting regular places and seeing what goes on.

A year ago I would have said Colorado but now I live here. I guess I'd have to say Florida now because that's where I'm from and as much as I love Colorado I miss the ocean. If I have to narrow it down to a city I'd say Miami because that's my hometown and I'll always love it and miss it.

My fav is NYC. I like the fact that you can have so many different types of vacations all within the same city. I have taken the kids and done the zoo/museum thing and I have gone a more adult trip and enjoyed the nightlife and shows. I think I also find it interesting because it is a sharp contrast to the small quiet town in which I grew up.

Some other faves of mine are Disneyworld and the outer banks of North Carolina.

Hopefully this list will keep growing.
