Need some good rest stops between Greenville Nc and Syracuse Ny (old, person)

We will be traveling to Syracuse to be with family this year for thanksgiving. We are traveling with our 2 7 month old babies and we will be leaving at 9 pm so we will need something well lit. Clean restrooms and a family restroom to change the babies. I appreciate it. Thanks.

I don't want to be a smart alack BUT as a person who has been "on the road" for many of the last 40 years, if you are looking for great places to stop, don't travel on the Wednesday night before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving night, Christmas eve or Christmas day. Most places shut down completely. On those nights, you have to settle for whatever is open.
