I did a similar trip 2 years ago, coming from Florence... definitely the top one (I think that is 40?) Runs through Memphis, Oklahoma City, Albuquerque, Williams AZ (Which is an hour from Grand Canyon).

It is a bit tedious to navigate, but has every possible thing to see and do, with descriptions, and recommends overnite stops.
