I think I may have used them. With all the code sharing it's hard to tell.
In general European airlines have bettet service than us airlines. Scandinavians are correct but not effusive.
Yes, I've flown them many times, and they always had excellent service. However, I haven't flown them in over ten years, and during that time the airline world has turned upside down, so you may have to pay for perks that back then were given free with a smile. I would use them again in a heartbeat. The best advice that I can give you is to get to EWR long before you need to because once they close those gates you are SOL for that flight.
Yes! Very nice! I decided long time ago to never fly with US airlines overseas. No matter whats the price.
Went with Air France last Summer, and concluded that they never disappoint. Tried most of the others and all of them offered superior service.
Considering that many foreign airlines (like the aircraft manufacturer Airbus) are heavily subsidized by their
governments. The private sector is at a disadvantage when competing with "government-sponsored" airlines!
Some foreign airlines do provide superior service, others not so much! (the "others" are usually staffed by "government
employees" with all that implies!)
...just curious what flyers think of them as I'm not familiar at all.
SAS always had the most beautiful stewardess' in the industry. picture link
