State dependent, but...
<$65,800 MARRIED filing joint ACA= $3.31 / month (for (2)) ACA Bronze HSA / HMO Kaiser (was by far the best coverage for cost) $5700 deductible (besides premiums... our annual costs have been < $200/ yr for last 20 yrs)
Travel insurance (as supplement) was $800 / yr for (2)
Age 65 will make this temporary perk more expensive.

$3.31 per month? Huh?
We must be looking at two different things because I am seeing nothing below $300 per month for a single healthy, middle-aged non-smoker.
It depends on your income clb10. Approximately 80% of ACA people have subsidies offsetting the base cost of the premiums, so looking at book rate and declaring someone else's costs impossible doesn't really make sense since most don't pay it.

Some states rates are very high, and some regions of states are very high (such as rural Colorado, some of the highest ACA rates in USA) Metro area is often less expensive.
* Phaseout levels: For 2019, after earning an income of $100,400 or higher for a family of four, $83,120 for a family of three, $65,840 for a married couple with no kids, and $48,560 for single individuals, you will no longer receive government health care subsidies.
