Was born near Buffalo, NY and the furthest from there has been the island of Cyprus, 5,500 miles. Not that far, but maybe extra points for not making it a round trip.
Mauritius, at 16,000 km (9940 miles), seems to be furthest from birthplace.
Technically, if you go THROUGH the earth it was much less than that - maybe 4,000 miles. Yeah I am being facetious.

It' 4,000 miles to the center of the earth, but then you still have to get out the other side.
I expected a lot more stories about distant dogs and phones. Since I have omly had landlines, I've been 10,000 miles from my ringing phone.
i have a tablet, so I can googlephone you, but you can't call me.
Perth Australia is more or less the Antipode for me. I’ve been to Sydney and Melbourne, and Singapore. Never been to the western side of Australia. I’ve also skied New Zealand and been to a number of east Asia countries on business trips. They’re all long trips from Boston.
Given that I'm mainly in London and my antipode is off the coast of new zealand (where I havent been) my furthest is probably Tasmania, or possibly New Caledonia.
8,847 miles is the farthest I've ever been from home when I was in South Africa. Also have been 8,500 miles from home on the South Island of New Zealand. I would love to visit my antipodal point a few hundred miles off the western coast of Australia.
