Anyone done this trip? Thinking of leaving Saturday morning, not sure how bad traffic will be and whether to wake up real early. We will be all I-95, minus 45 minutes or so on the Garden State parkway right when we leave.

In my opinion, the 95 always has traffic

Depends on where you are going in DC. I wouldn't expect much difficulty getting to the beltway. After that...
