While we are talking about toilets...…

I recently purchases PooPouri from Bed, Bath & Beyond. You spray it into the commode BEFORE you go and it eliminates any odor. It really works.

Please return to your normal scheduled programming.

OP, please clarify. Are you talking about a small sink on the top of a commode? (great way to reuse water) or the bidet inserts that act as a bidet (for limited spaces).
Your link shows both.

If this is about bidet, you already created a thread about it and got 8 pages of answers:

The problem I had with them is that they often didn't have any soap or even a place to hold the soap. Plus you only have enough to to wash your hands as it takes to fill up the tank. It would be nice to have a way to let the water run for longer. I don't think they heat the water either, so if you are someone who requires hot water to wash (I don't) then you won't like them in winter.

On the plus side, it saves a lot of space and water. I think they are a good idea that hasn't quite been refined yet.

Interesting...so if you have a washlet and basically your "toileting" is completely hands-off, is there really any need to wash your hands afterwards?...other than habit, which would certainly be a waste of water?

Exactly — the washlets almost always have an air dryer — usually 100% paper and hands free.

Huh! For most of them it looks like you have the straddle the toilet to use the sink, or are they mostly for men who are multi-tasking?
