Americans usually like to watch a musicals or plays in London, land the West End is the equivalent od NYC's Broadwat there is theatre district.
This is true. During my visit to London a few months ago, my brother decided that we should go see a musical called "The Comedy About A Bank Robbery" and it was quite enjoyable.

Comfortable relaxing bus ride from Gatwick Airport into Downtown London, Oxford, Piccadilly, Tower Of London, Palace of Westminster, Big Ben Tower, Trafalgar Square, Leicester Square, and some remaining equally World Class Celtic British Isles Pub Bars throughout the city that host spacious seating infinite iconic furniture ambiance, vast menu, and Silver or Gold Chandeliers Antiques(1. The Admiralty(66 Trafalgar Square, St. James's), 2. Argyll Arms(18 Argyll St, Soho), 3. The Salisbury(90 St Martin's Ln, Covent Garden)!
Don't go into the Underground! Above ground public transportation routes only and less crowds.
