We had planned for a Europe trip for this summer June 2nd week thru 1st week of July.
London - Paris - Swiss - Italy. We were so excited and then the Covid-19 guy crashed our party.
Based on how things are as of today (2nd week of April), what are you thinking is the better decision going forward - going anyway (if planes are flying) or bite the bullet and safe it for next year ?
More info :
I did not use a tour company and have individual reservations.
- AirBnB and hotel rentals are all cancellable.
- Airlines (Virgin) - are ready to issue a open ticket but only till next April (not June/july of next year - bummer - how can they do this ?). I cannot go to Europe at any time other than summer !! They did say if their June flight are canceled they will offer a refund, but the flights are ON as of now.
