I agree with this. I have had women at the topless pools in Las Vegas let me know that they were DTF. It helps my cause that I am a fitness obsessed man that keeps a nice year round tan. I don't use steroids or tanning beds, so I'm not the absolute most muscular guy or have the best tan. Nevertheless, I present well. I'm also suave, well spoken, and have above average facial aesthetics. When you present well and have a confident persona due to lifestyle practices meant to elevate testosterone naturally, women are going to signal interest, especially in Las Vegas, when women specifically travel there to have a little bit of fun.

The party mindset is the primary reason for me to do a Las Vegas trip. I can find similar environments in my home city, but the mindset in my home city isn't all about adult fun like it would be in Las Vegas.

The casino gaming isn't at all of interest to me. I could probably get talked into doing nightlife in Vegas, but the system I have during the day seems to work well so I don't have a lot of motivation to do it. I have a friend who is a Las Vegas local who does nightlife at times. Like me, he's a mid-30s male, no kids, never married. He very much enjoys the selection of women available in Las Vegas. In multiple years of living there, he's probably gambled less than $100. There are even casino games in the grocery stores there.

I've been out three times. I enjoy Vegas and I don't gamble.. other than just a few bucks here and there, or maybe placing a $20 sportsbook bet or similar.

I've been twice in June/July.. Honestly, the heat isn't that bad to me. Now, I'm from the south where 90 degrees and 80% humidity makes life miserable.. So, the desert heat didn't bother me very much.

Went in October once and it was very nice as well, though did get a touch chilly at nights.

There's just so much that can be done there. Everyone looks at it as gambling and whether you gamble or not is irrelevant so far as enjoyment. The only thing that I wish I had known on my first trip out was about the Deuce. Must have walked 40 miles in 4 days..

It's been estimated that only 1 out of 4 tourists gamble anymore in Sinless City. The Baby Boom generation is dying off and the Millennials, by and large, have no interest in gambling, they prefer the expensive nightlife instead. You'll see more and more hotels in Las Vegas without even slot machines.

I lived there for 22 years, left there 2 years ago, and the only time I went to the Strip was early morning hours to walk my ferret, when the crowds died down.

For a real change of pace, while there, head up to the Broadacre's Swap Meet, on weekends, near LV Blvd and Pecos. Acres and acres of shopping and you can drink a beer while shopping.

This is good to know. The only thing I hate about Las Vegas are the cabbies and limos. The lines take forever and for those of you not in the know, there's some sort of racket between the cabs and some of the clubs. If they give you the ride, they also call the place and get some sort of kickback from the club, who in turn will charge you more to get in. I recall taking out a friend for a bachelor party to a lower key strip club that we walked to and there was a crazy charge ask....but one they believed us that we'd literally just walked from a buddy's house a block away, then it was free to come in.

The bus system has gotten better, but I definitely prefer to drive. The layout of the city is easy to navigate. It's easier to enjoy the many parts of the city that are off strip. Whether that's restaurants, a gun range, the pinball hall of fame, golfing, catching a show on the other part of town....or gambling at some place that isn't seeking a ridiculous minimum. It's just the way to go (unless you have nobody to be a designated driver) and I was really saddened to see paid parking pop up like pimples on a teenager. It honestly kept me away. It was a huge check on that sort of freedom piece I love about Las Vegas.

Thank you very much!!

My mom and aunt had gone before, as well as my grandparents and they use to stay at the Westward Ho (which is no longer there).

What hotels and casino do you prefer/recommend?

I love the look of Circus, Circus and Excalibur.

I never thought I'd be a Vegas lover, but I am. We typically go at least once a year; more often twice. We combine it with a trip to see our son in Phoenix. It's one of the very few vacations I can take where I can totally turn off the rest of the world and just have fun. I'm a cheap gambler and can make $20-30 last an entire day.

We were scheduled to go the week of March 22. I was looking forward to it as it was going to be the first time I was in Vegas on my birthday. We cancelled it all on about March 11, before everything shut down. That was a lucky thing as all the casinos shut down just as we would have arrived.

We're thinking about December, but my husband still isn't sure about getting on a plane. We're going to wait and see. Our offers will still be there.

Circus Circus would be on the very bottom of my list of places to stay. I know MGM Resorts recently sold it so maybe it's improved, but I wouldn't stay there no matter how cheap. Tales of bedbugs and hookers.

We've stayed at Excalibur twice when we needed a weekend night room. The renovated tower was fine. The other one was a dump. I'm also not a fan of the casino there or the location. We usually stay at the Mirage because we love the location (more center-Strip). In that area I'd look at Harrah's, the Linq or the Flamingo for a similar price as Circus, Circus and Excalibur. I think Harrah's recently renovated the rooms. Sign up online for the rewards card for better rates.

When looking at places online everything looks much closer than it is. The casinos are huge and walking from one to another takes time.

Thank you!

I don't have any immediate plans to visit Las Vegas right now, but I appreciate the advice.

Disappointing to hear about Circus Circus and Excalibur lol, but I am grateful for the information.

I will have to look up Harrah's, The Linq and The Flamingo (admittedly, I've never heard of the first two) thank you again!

Interesting, my naivete assumed that everything in the Las Vegas Strip was close in proximity to each other. I appreciate your time in writing and giving me the helpful information!!

Enjoy the weekend!

Harrah's & Flamingo are center-Strip and offer some of the better deals. We've stayed at both and the rooms are good for the price. I wouldn't bother with Excalibur or Circus Circus. CC has just been remodeled so it's probably okay but there isn't much at that end of the Strip anymore, at least not until Resorts World opens up.

It's funny that as residents we get room & restaurant offers almost every day. We do, occasionally, do a stay-cation somewhere just for a change of scenery. You feel like you're on vacation and only be 20 min. from home.

What I said to you was not a positive thing. You are a creep and I don't understand why you are continuing to verify that in this thread. You are not adding anything positive to this subject. No one cares about your attempts at getting laid in Vegas. Please go away
