Not seeing Chicago as #2, but whatever. I am not a fan of cities to start with.

I've been to 7 of the top 10, and I love all of them except for Marrakech. Medellin is such a great place to visit.

Marrakech, least stressful? This city is still in Morocco right? The place notorious for people hassling tourists and aggressively trying to sell things, give things to you for "free" with strings attached etc...
