What is one useful thing you pack when traveling that probably isn't in the luggage of most other travelers on your plane?

For example, we always have a couple pairs of good chopsticks.

If that's too common, now I also bring a Roku that I use with my vpn.

Sambucol( black elderberry), for start of a cold; ginger, for nausea, especially winding roads.

Packing cubes, comes 3 to a package. Someone told me about them, just lift one out with your slacks, one for shirts/blouses, instead of going through the clothes in your suitcase.

Sambucol, packing cubes can be purchased at Wal-Mart.

I did a lot of traveling for work years ago.
I would bring my own hi-flow shower head, some Teflon tape and channel locks.

How do you make your Roku work with a VPN? We bring a Roku too, and always use a VPN, but I never thought about using the Roku through the VPN. It would be nice to at least always have English subtitles available.

Now that one is out there, I would never guess that someone on the plane has a showed head packed.

I doubt if you'd get through airport security with the channel locks. And the combination of the three might get you detained as a potential terrorist. That would ruin your day.

I carry a clipboard with about 100 printed out crossword puzzles. Keeps me occupied on the plane and in the evening when it's time for bed.

In a pinch I can do some on my phone, but I prefer doing them on paper, full sized.

In the checked bag- 1-2 containers of almond butter and a set of washable plastic cutlery for small children. I’m married to a picky eater with some dietary issues and we’ll pick up a loaf of bread and make almond butter sandwiches several times on longer trips just to have something mellow.
