Experience with travelocity (hotels, packages, price, flights)

Apologies if this has been asked before, anyone book a package using Travelocity?
Friends and I want to do a quick 5 night stay in lagos Portugal and saw a few nicely priced packages

Any experience with travelocity?

Shouldn't be a problem. Travelocity is owned by Expedia, which also owns Expedia, Hotels.com, Hotwire, Orbitz, Ebookers, CheapTickets, Wotif and Trivago, among other brands. So they have plenty of access to corporate resources.

They seem OK. We booked many flights with them and their subsidiaries mentioned above.

The one to avoid is VRBO who ripped us off for $4,000. No customer support; just leaves you to fend for yourself.
