NEW YORK - Even if you don't believe in ghosts, walking through a graveyard can be a little spooky — especially in autumn as the trees lose their leaves, flowers wither away and light fades in the late afternoon.

But cemeteries can make fascinating destinations. Sometimes a few words on a tombstone can suggest a whole life story; sometimes you can find a famous name, a beautiful work of art, or landscaping worthy of a botanical garden.

LOL I had to laugh when the Ads by Google included "What is my house worth?" in this comment.

Another incredible cemeterry is Virgina City Nevada which has more residents than those living in town currently. My Uncle owns the Washoe Club (bar)which used to hold the bodies in the beer cooler now till spring when things thawed out. It has been on Sci Fi and the History channel couple of times, They were out there this early Fall and Travel channel is supposed to have another ghost hunter this month.
