Holidays to Northern Cyprus (rental, best, price, bring)

We are going to the Holidays to Northern Cyprus in March. Does anyone have any recommendations for car hire. I would like to use a company that provides the car with a full tank of fuel and you return it full. In the past the companies we have used charge you for a full tank and you bring it back empty
