New business on Dupertail in South Richland (Home Depot, restaurant)

I know a Gold's Gym is being built next to Home Depot but does anyone know what is going up in all the other areas? There is something going up next to the McDonalds in the Target parking lot. There is also a couple business's going up on Keene & Duportail.

I saw that building when I was over there the other day. Not sure what is going in there but next to the plaza with the Gold's Gym (closer to the highway exit ramp) there is a sign that says they are putting in a Sterlings that should be open in the spring of 2012.

I found a building permit for Bob's Burgers and Brew to built @ 2775 Queensgate.

Interesting, just what we need there next to McDonalds and across from Burger King with A&W down the way as well.

Yeah I think that is going where the temporary Gold's gym is.
