What are the best restaurants in the Tri-Cities area where they serve breakfast? I would prefer a locally owned joint over a chain like Denny's, IHOP or Shari's

I've actually been there before and I thought it was good, haven't been there in a couple years though

Rosie's Diner is amazing. Beautiful Tiffany blue walls done in a 50's theme, it's really something to see. All the food is home made with little twists to it.

Owners are as sweet as pie.

Sageport Grille, I was trying to think of the name of the place, anyway, have had some good breakfasts there.

I have heard Rosie's is good, but have not tried them.
