Its more like everyone is a liberal and there's some closet-conservatives. You people try to hide it until you're in a group where you can be as conservative as you want without being judged

I've lived here for 12+ years. This is a very conservative side of WA as opposed to Seattle of course. If you are planning on voting just take a look at the ballot 99% are Republicans. As voting for Trump I have seen more Trump signs in front yards esp further out in the country. And of course Trump won.

The only county in Eastern Washington that voted democratic was Whitman county.

Even downtown Spokane had a few Trump signs still hanging up as of this past weekend.

Well, like most, I never expected Trump to do that well, even in Eastern. Whitman is of course the location of Washington State University, FWIT.

This whole area is predominately Conservative. I feel like the only Liberal here! Every radio station is spewing conservative views without any liberal views. One radio station here even has a show every Friday called the "Donkey of Shame", where they bash the liberal view continually and shamelessly.

So if you want to see Trump stickers....This is your place.

As mentioned, the Tri-Cities are generally conservative, but not hardcore like you see in some States. There is an independent bent here, and some have moderate conservative viewpoints, as opposed to States that bleed red. As for media, yeah there are conservative local hosts who try to keep it on "their" rails, since this station has chosen to run consevative. This afternoon show, on KONA-AM is pitifully boring. Don't know how they sell ads on it to be honest.

I'm glad to see the Tri-Cities still trends conservative. We're considering moving to either the Tri-Cities or Wenatchee to be closer to our daughter and SIL, who live in Renton, since they will hopefully be having kids soon. Can't imagine living even on the east side of Seattle anymore due to the cost and politics. We're still worried about what Democrats are doing to the state but if we move back, the Tri-Cities would definitely be one of our target areas.
