If the poster means Toshi's Teriyaki (instead of Toeshi), they have the most authentic flavor teriyaki dishes in Washington. The best. They have small shops in Bellevue that I frequent a lot. Their chicken and pork are tastier than their beef.

Yeah, remember when they first opened back in the mid 1970's? My recollection tells me it was in the lower Queen Anne area. They had people lined up for blocks during the lunch-hour waiting in line for their bento.
I still believe that they could have really made a name for themselves if they had franchised like McDonalds ...every restaurant serving essentially the same menu, using the same recipes, and charging the same prices.
However, do you notice that every Toshi's is now different in those three aspects? There's no standardization from one Toshi's to another.

I'd recommend Huli Huli in Pasco on Court Street. They have some barbq i think but also have awesome teriyaki and a yummy potato salad. Their prices are really good and have great catering rates too.mod cut:
