"I'm interested in low temp stats. Why don't you post those?"

Again, I do not record low stats because, 1. This is not a weather site, 2. I don't have the time to be more detailed, 3. Don't most people care more about daytime temps, than nightime? I would certainly encourage anyone to post them if they wish. But I will warn you there is indeed a certain amount of work involved in tracking them.
All that smoke was miserable and it was IMO worse than the smoke we've had in the Summers of 2017 and 2018.

October 2020 high temperature average: 68.0, about two degrees above normal, despite a cold spell October 23-26. A reminder all my temp stats come from the official Tri-Cities weather station PSC, otherwise known as Pasco airport.

Early November predictions appear to be above normal, as most months this year have been.

On October 6 the high temp was 91 degrees which is very hot for October, I remember the beginning of October being very warm, I do hope we'll have a nice November this year.

I think the near record high temps we've had on November 4 really brought up the temperature average (I think it got up to 73 on 11-4).

Indeed I recorded a 74 on November 4. Though it probably didn’t skew it too much due to it being a one day event. These rogue late year temps occur occasionally with a 68 recorded on December 8 2015.

One interesting trend is since 2015 our cold, snowy winters have occurred every two years. 2016-17 was rough as was 2018-19. If that continues we are in for another rough one this winter, but so far no real sign that will be the case. Knock on wood!

I do remember early December 2015 was a very warm time period, I sure hope this winter won't be similar to the winters we've had in 2016-2017 and early 2019 (the first half of the winter from 2018-19 wasn't too bad), if we do get a snowy winter I hope it'll occur in January instead of February, I never thought of cold, snowy winters occurring every 2 years since 2015.

Visited...seems like a pretty intense study of weather. Here this just a casual discussion of localized weather for a relatively smaller metro. But thanks for the link!

December 2020 high temp average: 41.9, slightly above normal.

Here is the yearly summary:

January 48.2 (+6 above avg)
February 54.0 (+6 above avg)
March 58.4 (normal)
April 69.8 (+4 above avg)
May 76.6 (slightly above avg)
June 83 (slightly above avg)
July 93.0 (slightly above avg)
August 92.1 (+2 above avg)
September 83.1 (+3 above avg)
October 68.0 (+2 above avg)
November 51.8 (slightly above avg)
December 41.9 (slightly above avg)

So as you can see, 11 out of 12 months in 2020 had above average high averages. Only March was close to normal.
