Groove 93.7

Sounds like a very dance-y, movin-type format. Went from Earth Wind and Fire to ABBA to Justin Timberlake to KC and the Sunshine Band to Johnny Gill... pretty cool, I have it preset.

Is this New Northwest? I agree, kinda cool for us radio geeks. So...when will they change formats? 2010 or 2011?

John, hope all is well with you!

93.7 KGSG use to be a gospel radio station. At that time they were locally owned and operated.

LoL... Hey there PW! Still using that futon?

Yep, they were a Gospel format... one of the liners they used in imaging was something along the lines of "rockin' the columbia basin since, well, a few days ago"

I like that liner! Reminds me of some of our old OK95 imaging! lol.

Futon, yes. Remarkably comfortable!

Movin', smoothin', smoochin', cruisin', well, whatever. Fun stuff for awhile, my point is longterm this format doesn't perform particularly well. Tri-Cities doesn't seem to be the perfect market for this mix, but stranger things have happened. Good luck to all...

Like with any Jack/Movin/Jukebox format... they always make a great Preset #2
