That's our Florida! But beyond that, the level of sheer incompetence and lack of investigation required for this to happen is frightening. Angela Corey's office can't seem to get things right.

Because of governmental immunity it is very likely he can't bring a case.

This doesn't mean though that the state shouldn't give him some kind of compensation. Sometimes the state legislature will do this in compelling cases even when the state is immune from suit.
