Why would you think this only happens in Europe? Sadly people can be evil everywhere regardless of race, religion, or ethnicity. And certainly regardless of location.
I think we are just more aware of the American or European stories like this because they are reported and in our news sources. Unfortunately, perverts are universal whether or not it makes international news.

There was that family in Fresno, the Wessons. They had many children, and the "man" of the house raped most of his daughters and fathered babies with them.
