I have the most trouble with this kind of thing. I can't imagine what kind of monster could do this to a 14 y/o girl. The man is a waste of good air, that's for sure.

Horrible.

Recently read a book called Journey Into Darkness about the minds of the types who commit these crimes. Author was John Douglas, a former FBI agent who profiled people like this (along with another author, who I guess was a better writer.) Fascinating and disturbing to read.

John Douglas has several very good true crime books. I love reading his work, but only in small doses.
