Sure this has been posted before. Let's discuss. Let's see if we can come up with punishments for crimes and see why there is such a differance in punishment compared to other states.

What I don't get is the "flexibility" judges have in sentances. Same crime, DUI, kills a person, one guy gets 20 years, another guy gets 30 days. Makes no sense. Except the one who gets 30 days can afford the best attorney.
