As long as the check clears or she gets financial aid, damn near anyplace will accept her as long as she meets the prereqs. That is the part that is going to be her problem--not her recent arrest.

Yeah that's what he says for the media. SOP. Just like defense attorneys ALWAYS tell the media "My client is/was innocent!" no matter how red-handed their client was caught and no matter how the case resolves.
