There is no debtor's prison so that won't happen.

But I'm glad that she has to pay.

It was a joke... However, I do wish that she ends up behind bars for the rest of her life.

The report published in the first post was very poorly written. The review is not final. The WESH report (much more thorough) says Judge Perry requested OCSO to submit further documentation by Monday. He may rule that she pay back more than the $97K when he sees the breakdown.

I hope so!

Yes, but of course, pay the money back? Uh huh. Where is she going to get the money to pay it back? Nice, worthless symbolic gesture. Another waste of the tax payer dollar, to sue her, to get this "judgement," which will NEVER be collected on.

But what the hell, as long as people "feel good."

It's not just worthless symbolic gesture... At least she will have this debt hanging over her head...until she pays it all back 'if' she is ever able to do so. Call it financial debt obligation or baggage...whatever, but it does mean something. And it feels good...but not near as good as if she was in prison for murder. Maybe one day she will get a job and 'x' amount will be taken from her to payback the money she owes the state of Florida.
