With supposed multi-cultural affirmative action hiring practices embraced by Canadian law enforcement - a problem arose - strength and size of the new officers...It used to be we had old Scotsmen that became cops and jailers - they were big and imposing - now with smaller people attempting to enforce order they are pushed to using dealy force and or supposed less deadly force through the use of shocking a person out of their sense....a small cop is more likely to tazer or shoot you...The cops of the other era were NATURAL enforcers...
They were respected and citizens were more compliant to a verbal order...given by an enforcer that was an inforcer and NOT some artifically devised and politically correct little man or woman - that go out about policing in a state of fear.
