Good grief! After watching HLN tonight, I just can't figure out people. It sounds almost like there were all kinds of people there, partying, smoking, drinking...whatever. Sounds like there were all kinds of people in and out of the house. What is with that?!

Bizarre.

I also heard that, which leads me to question, is the person who could have done this, someone the family knows.

Yeah, great Mom, parties with the whole neighborhood while her kids are asleep, then she passes out drunk. Great.

It is just so overwhelmingly sad that poor Baby Lisa was born into such a dysfunctional family. Wonder what Deb's husband thinks about this huge mess?

The question is... was he involved? The police seem to think his alibi is strong, but who knows what day baby Lisa really disappeared.

Most families have some dysfunction, but from what I've read so far, this women is clearly an alcoholic with a troubled past.

Her husband lives in a different state, and says he hasn't seen Deb or their son in two years. He said in an interview that they can't afford to get a divorce so they are still married. Also said Deb was a good mom.

A father who hasn't had contact with his son for 2 years doesn't have a lot of recent direct experience to speak from or make an accurate evaluation of Debras parenting.

Simple uncontested divorces which seems to be the kind of divorce they'd be seeking, are relatively inexpensive. You can download or get documents from the court and prepare your own as well.

IMO, the dad is trying to ease his way out of responsibility to his son.
Would you leave your kid there? I wouldn't.

I'm surprised that Cps hasn't gotten involved and removed the kids from the home.

Now there's new guys in the mix according to what I read. 'Dane" a dj/druggie/dealer and another guy named 'Shane' who supposedly was with Deb too.

I thought I read that Deb's husband wasn't even aware that she had another child. So...not much communication there. I wonder if the kid's teachers ever picked up on anything "odd" going on in the family or household...usually they are pretty perceptive about those types of things.

Now the mystery phone call woman, Megan Wright, has started a facebook page to defend herself. She posted a timeline of her activities the day Baby Lisa went missing (got up and went to pick up my food stamps, went home and went back to bed.........). She had a relationship with the handyman that was questioned by police. Shares a house and cell phone with several other adults and children, including "one on the way.".
