The internet has opened these cases up to us ... in the past we had local news and was never aware of the happenings in Maine or other parts of the country ... unless Walter Cronkite or Chet and David told us about it.
Over and above having an actual video of the crime being committed or a forensic group like CSI solving the crime in one hour .... they learned a valuable lesson during the Anthony trial ... Cause of Death and Manner of Death!!
Manner = natural causes, accidental, suicide, homicide, undetermined.
Cause = is how the individual died???????
Dr. G indicated manner was a homicide and cause was a homicide BUT she could not determine the exact cause of the homicide.
Heath Ledger - Manner = Accidental ... Cause = Drug Overdose simple open and closed ... but a baby if it was suffocated and the body decomposes I don't think suffocation would show up as long as no bones were broken. Of course three pieces of duct tape on it's mouth and nose would be a dead give away!
