I remember back when it was all happening that the son was dangled out as a suspect and OJ was covering for him, but that went away pretty quick.

This is complete and total B.S.

Jason was working as a sous chef at a place called "Jackson's" in Beverly Hills on the night of the murder and was at work when the murders took place. The owner of Jackson's (who's own parents are VERY well known and respected in L.A.) vouched for him immediately.

The whole idea of Jason as the murderer was dis-proven within days of the murder. He had a rock solid alibi.

One thing pointing to the kid is that OJ is not insane. He had big $$$, was a famously handsome guy (he could certainly find another partner),had prospects, and was/is reasonably intelligent. Why would he throw it all away to do in an ex wife? So much to lose.

If the kid was certifiable, with a history of uncontrollable violence and rage, that makes sense at some level. Unless OJ really is insane. I just don't know.

OJ got off without using the kid, which meant his alibi was rock solid, because I bet anything, that if it had not been, Johnny would have been all over it, for additional reasonable doubt...because really, based on evidence in the case, OJ did it.

Wouldn't the grandparents be aware of his mental illness? I wonder what his son is doing now.
I once saw Jason in a restaurant, he's a chef.

I can't buy it. All the circumstantial evidence points to OJ, including his history of violence against Nicole.

OJ needn't be insane to commit the crime. Women are killed every day by sane, narcissistic, controlling, obsessive partners.
