It took 30 years for this? Seems that Australia is having a coroner shortage. WTF?

Um, yeah, I remember when this happened...when it happened.

There was a movie about it. Meryl Streep. 1980s.

"Thirty-two years after losing her daughter, Chamberlain-Creighton sat shaking in the Darwin court Tuesday as she waited to hear the results of the fourth and now final inquest into Azaria's death"

I question why it took 32yrs? The childs torn up bloody jumpsuit was found outside a dingos den.

So sad for the Chamberlains reliving the tragedy over and over. I'm happy the outcome was finally in their favor.

Yeah, but the poor mom made the mistake of not putting on an act of bereaved mother. She was too busy mourning in her own way, so she appeared hard. She had her fourth child in prison and it was given to foster parents until she got out.

THis ruined people's lives. I believed the mother all along - who would make up something like that?

I can't imagine how everyone involved has ever moved past this tragedy and enjoyed life. It surely had to be difficult. I guess an exoneration is better late than never, but no one can bring back all the years spent in prison and being demonized by the press.

I don't know how people overcome this type of injustice, especially when it all occurred b/c of the death of a precious child.

And yet, a monster like casey anthony gets off bcs every element of the crime according to Hollywoood "CSI " tv show was not proven in court.

Sad. And what a horrible injustice for this woman who was innocent.

OK, wait, I thought she was released from prison after 4 years because she was already exonerated.
