Like one of the above posters said if they would have had court longer than 3 or 4 days a week and 4 to 5 hour days they would not still be up at 1 am listening to testimony! I don't know who or how they decide how long court days will be but this is crazy!
Wow...Mr. Horn admitted his autopsy report was wrong!! He claims a typo....if nothing else, this crazy night is building grounds for an appeal...
One typo isn't going to negate the rest of the report nor does it change the basic facts of the case. The ME is still light years more professional and credible than any of the defense witnesses. No big deal.
Did Arias ever explain how the knife made its way into the bathroom (if they had actually used a knife to cut a rope for sex play, it would have been near the bed where he was tying her up)? She wants us to believe that she dropped the camera while he was in the shower, he dove at her like a linebacker, she ran to the closet and grabbed a gun off the top shelf, ran back to the bathroom, accidentally shot him, he screams "effin' kill you b----," a fog engulfs her and somehow the knife ends up in her hand and she stabs him 29 times and cuts his throat all within 61 seconds, per the timestamps on the photos.

Isn't it amazing how that darn 'fog' always comes around when there is a difficult question that needs to be answered? or when certain facts of the case point towards her in a negative way here comes that 'fog' again..you know when HLN is putting fog on the TV screen and making fun of it that's pretty bad!
I am the first to admit I can't keep much of this timeframe straight. Maybe Sky House mid-spoke or more likely I typed the wrong # here. She was perfectly clear the gun was stolen 2 days after thirty were talking to Travis in their bedroom. She said it was just weeks until he was murdered. Read or listen to what her husband said tonight about their fear for their own children in the home.
I found the episode on Youtube. You can jump to the interview at 27:00. Sky started out talking about how she & Chris went through Travis's emails after he died and they found the angry ones that were written on May 26. Then Dr. Drew jumps to talking about the incident at their home. It's a little confusing, but Sky mentions that this took place around the time Jodi was trying to move to Arizona...at the time I believe Travis and Jodi would meet at the Hughes place as a sort of halfway point. After they broke up officially, Jodi moved to Mesa for a few months and that's when the stalking behavior got really out of control. Some time in early 2008, she moved back to Yreka and Travis flipped her off as she was driving away.
I hadn't heard the story about Jodi sending herself fake emails from some other guy - a precursor to those fake emails from Travis she sent to herself, I guess, where he admits being a pedophile. Who knows how many of the other texts, emails, etc. were faked, particularly the ones provided to LaViolette. Even her personal journals are full of lies...

Some might consider a witness changing the testimony 3 times during a trial as perjury...however, it'll be revisited only in an appeal at this point....
all the defense needs is one little juror to have one little reasonable doubt that the killing was pre meditated... or feel a little sorry or a little bit bonded to Jodi..so.......
Well, all of the defense's witnesses and the defendant herself contradicted themselves several times on the stand too. Perjury is a big deal and usually involves a witness who is willfully making a false statement about something very critical to the case. Courts don't have time or resources to charge every witness who misspeaks or has a "memory problem" with perjury.
This last defense witness is making the defense case worse.
According to him almost everybody that had something happen to them has PTSD or can have it and it is sad that people really suffer from that are now looking like it is a common thing.
This defense witness has been proven to be nothing then a person testify to anything to get his face on the witness stand...he never interviewed Jodi, he is getting referrals from and gave referrals to the battered woman expert so he is biased!
Jodi clearly has some personality disorder and is a cold blooded murderer.
