I think that judge started it by talking to that lady in an obviously made-up, funny accent which caused her to start laughing at everything he said from then on.

Typical behavior of somebody with no self control or logic. She deserves the time she got. Next time maybe she will control herself, but I won't hold my breath.
It's obvious she is either mentally ill or on drugs.
Considering this was her first offense i think the judge over reacted.
