Did you read what this person did to her before her death? It does not appear that he intended to kill her....at least not when he was dictating the RN, before the family returned. And she was taken from her bedroom to the basement, where he molested her.
You simply could not be more wrong. It's out of control!
Simply put: There was NO sexual assault. None. Nada. Zip. Zero.
You do realize this case is 20 years old, do you not?
Yup. I've been looking at this for less than a week and was able to determine that a male wrote the note, and based on the other things I've laid out, I didn't need DNA to tell me what's now believed by investigators, as confirmed by 2008 testing -- the Ramseys didn't do it.

Are you a world renowned criminal investigator or forensic linguistic specialist? How were you able to determine all of this by yourself? What are your credentials exactly?
I've always thought this. One of the few things in the CBS special I wholly agree with. It was too long and repetitive. It could have been reduced to a paragraph. It's basically saying, "We have your daughter. We will call you. We want 118,000. Don't tell anyone or she will die". It's very feminine imo to add such filter. Like if you ask a man what happened in a simple action he will tell you in a simple way, but a woman will go into a lot of rambling. I'm a woman and I find this annoying and try not to do it.
It's written like someone wrote a first draft and realized they couldn't discard a written draft, which would risk it being found by the police. So they just kept adding things on. No kidnapper or criminal would write that they respect John Ramsey in a note.
The instructions and warnings on how to gather the money and deliver it to the kidnappers was lifted right out of the film Dirty Harry where he picks up the first phone call from Socrpio at the public phone booth. Exhausting delivery, Get rested, you'll need it. We're watching you. Don't have someone following you. Don't talk to a stray pekinese. Follow each of the above or the girl dies, knowing full well she's already dead.
There's no reason for Ron Walker to lie; I'd imagine there's record of the phone call backing up his claim.
John denied the fbi were ever at the crime scene. Anyone who researched should remember his statement the fbi were out to get him; then went on Larry King and said he wished the fbi had charge of the case. If he did indeed trust the fbi, he would've allowed them to perform the polygraph.
I thought the same. John Ramseys known for tripping over his own tongue.
